You may request Account closure at any time by contacting jl123 customer support. Before closure is finalized, you must withdraw your entire Account Balance. Once closed, your Account cannot be reopened and you must register a new Account if you wish to use jl123 Services in the future, subject to these Terms.
jl123 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if:
